Actually it's nowhere at east radio tower, gonna check the other towers and see there.

Well it is there afterall, jsut have to wait for the mobs to respawn and then you can get it, though it won't pop up like all the rest and you can't listen immediately, you have to manually play it from the recorder list.
It wont let me pick it up an help would be good
