Scrapper Repair Station is an emergency, it is a random encounter that can spawn in clearings off the road . Enemies will be made up of Scrappers.

obs: I know some of the post on that link to the forum are post-launch, but I don't know if the information is up to date, those players join dates suggest they were joined during alpha or beta. Since launch I haven't seen this side mission pop-up anywhere.

This emergency used to unlock a side mission during alpha, I saw it pop up once, it was called Scrapper Schematics. Anyone know if this is still the case? Here are some reference links about the side missions:
