Hey just wanted to say thanks to the defiance team for the giveaway can't believe I won. Appreciate all the hard work you guys put into making a great game! Too bad the show got cancelled the wife and I were really getting into it. Oh well keep up the good work!

Last update I received was that they had to generate some new codes to apply to the account, and that was causing the hold up.

Sorry that you are unlucky. I want to do a entry based giveaway soon, we have done things like that in the past for example creating a guide or a loadout. I have to speak to Trion about if they can sponsor anything like that for us. Our next giveaway most likely will be for the New Frontier Harvest boxes, but seasonal events I like to open for everyone.

Possibly, the rewards also won't be immediate, they are being manually granted by Trion, I can post when grants are complete.
