Ustable Elements is a Side Mission mission found in Marin.

Eren heard that the 99ers have a plan to build some kind of super compressor inside Mine 99. Not only that, they're using the Votan equivalent of nuclear power at Bolinas Smeltery! That is not technology that rust jobs should be using. We need to shut it down before the place melts down.

Requires completion of Main Mission - A Bullet for a Badman.
