Avert the Conversion is a Side Mission mission found in Marin.

Those 99er nanggos took control of the Eastshore Docks and are holding the dockworkers hostage! My father would never let something like this happen to the people in his community and neither can I! Please help them before the 99ers turn them into cyborgs.

Requires completion of Main Mission - Distress Call.
