WEAPON BALANCE UPDATE PASS
Charge Weapons
- Pellet charge weapons previously dealt decreased total damage while at maximum charge, instead of increased. This has been corrected.
- Charge weapons with boosts that did not exclusively add damage now have a 3x damage boost when fully charged. This is opposed to the 5x and 6x damage boost of dedicated damage charge weapons.
Volge Weapons
- Volge weapon damage radius falloff has been reduced, which will improve the consistency of their damage.
Charge Blades
- Base damage of charge blades increased to make them better than just punching people. Previously, this was the case.
Other
- The Burst Fragger epic rarity bonus has been changed from a self-revive bonus to a reload bonus.
- Semi-Auto Sniper Rifles has been given a 30% damage boost to better adjust for their limited ammo supply.
- Rocket Launchers and Grenade launchers have been given a 20% damage boost.
- Added Common and rare bonuses to certain vendor and mission reward weapons.
- Increased Slug Shotgun damage by 30% and slightly decreased aim spread.
- The VBI Slug shotgun in particular had some interesting stats. These have been fixed.
- Improved Combat shotgun and Pump Shotgun damage.
