Defiance Market

Since last week we've seen the need for players to find outlets for Trading. Based on feedback from players we've created the Defiance Market section on Defiance Data.

Features of Defiance Market:

• Filter listings by weapon types, shields, specific mod slots, nanos, or synergies
• Autocomplete when searching
• Item information displayed directly on trade listings
• Minimal clicks needed to create a buy or sell listing
• Share a link to your personal store page
• Flag yourself as "in-game" for easier trading
• Listings expire but can be refreshed with a single click
• Supports Defiance Data

Other options also exist, including a Trade Forum on the Fawkes Discord.

A Trade Listing

What a trade listing shows:

• Icon, EGO Rating, Name, Type and Synergy
• Screenshot icon (if provided)
• Description from the item database and personal notes (if provided)
• WTS (Want to Sell) / WTB (Want to Buy) Scrip value
• Copyable /whisper command (if the user is marked as online)
• Mail button to send a message via Defiance Data, with information pre-filled
• Online status
  • Red = Offline
  • Yellow = marked as online but not seen in 12h
  • Green = In-game
• Time since the listing was created or last updated
• If it's your own listing, you'll see Sold, Bought, Edit, and Delete buttons
• Click the item name to view other listings for that item
• Click the seller's name to view other listings from that seller

Finding a specific item / Creating a Listing

• From any page on Defiance Market, click inside the search box (to the right of the page title)
• Start typing the item's name
• Select the item from the dropdown (using the mouse or arrow keys + Enter)

You will then see:

• All active Buy and Sell listings for that item from the last 7 days
• Your own listings will have additional control buttons
• Listings are sorted with highest Buy offers and lowest Sell prices shown first

To create a new listing:

• Use the CREATE button next to either the Buy or Sell column
• Enter your Scrip value and any important notes
• Submit your listing

Tip: If you spot an item on the recent trades section of the homepage, just click its name to jump directly to its trade page.

Using the filters

From the Defiance Market main page, you can combine filters to narrow down what you see.

Available filters:

• Type (Weapon, Shield, Mod)
• Weapon Type
• Nano
• Synergy

Select one or more filters from the dropdown menus, then press FILTER.

Listings will show the most recent first and only display active listings (up to 7 days old).

My Store

Next to the search bar, you'll find a MY STORE button.

Here you can:

• View your active Trades
• See your Expired listings
• Browse your full History of listings
• Share a link to your store page with others

As the owner of the listings, you can:

• Mark an item as Sold or Bought
• Edit the Scrip price
• Delete a listing
• Set your status as In-game (Green) or Offline (Red) using the radio buttons
• Renew All Unsold Listings — this refreshes the creation time of your active and expired listings, extending them for another 7 days - you can do this once every 24 hours
