HALLOWEEN EVENT
* Increased the frequency of the major Halloween Arkfall: Hulker Hell!
* Minor Halloween arkfalls now appropriately appear as Revenge of the Plaguers.
* Corrected a problem that could cause items to not be awarded for the Halloween events if the player's inventory was full. Items will now go to claims instead. A "Random Gear Chest" will now appear in the rewards screen for Halloween events.
* The +magazine rolls for Demon Hunter have been increased.
