Fix for a crash related to the salvage matrix and for a bug with auto-salvage on loot
* Fix for a frequent Salvage Matrix server crash. The Salvage Matrix will be turned back on with this deploy.
* Fix for a bug with the Auto-Salvage On Loot (Full Inventory) menu option causing item duplication.
