Alcatraz: Weekly Hunter Requisition Update

Free Weekly Hunter Requisitions have been bumped to 3.
LoCarb just announced that the free weekly Hunter Requisitions are boosted from 1 to 3. This decision was made after they collected enough data on PTS.
This decision hasn't to be final though and can still be subject to change as it's prior to launch.
