Some things I could think of someone doing

Gather feedback from players and communities for suggested features and changes
Suggest site design changes
Post content, links and engage on social media platforms
Manage public presence on forums, and in-game
Manage the list of clans, possibly conduct interviews with clan leaders as a community article series
Summarise dev livestreams for article format
Create guides for game documentation
Check over data for incorrect / missing
Help post Defiance related news in a timely manner
Manage the questions section, answering questions, flagging them as answered
