On Friday the developers hosted a livestream covering the upcoming patch with Supreme Rarity, and Bonus Re-rolls.

Patch on Tuesday
The patch is aiming to be released this Tuesday and include:
- Supreme Rarity
- Rarity re-roll bonuses
- Private Instances
- Arkforge Cap
- Shrill Teaser (more coming later in the year)

Based on a Pulsar
- Radiation Nano
- Rolling Thunder Synergy
- x1.15 Mag
- x0.85 Reload
- x1.25 Crit Mult
- 10% EGO power recharge on full reload
- x1.12 DMG
PvP Changes
We're not going to drastically change a whole lot, but we wanted to increase the time to kill. So the weapons that aren't crazy burst will have a chance to sign. Overall PvP damage will be reduced based on testing on PTS. Somewhere around 30-50%.
Things they can tweak are shield damage, health damage, overall modifier, damage reduction from plates do.
Ideally PvP changes will go on PTS within a week or 2 of Tuesdays patch.
Supreme
- Upgrading the rarity of a fixed stat item like a jackpot, will show you exactly what the stats are going to be.
- Old set stat weapons when upgraded will re-roll all the stats.
- Upgrade rarity starts at 100 arkforge at 5% chance, and the chance can be raised by adding more arkforge.
- Old prepatch weapons without fixed stats pick up a random supreme roll.
- Old prepatch weapons with fixed stats have been given an Mk I suffix if, when upgrading, they will become an Mk II weapon.
- Failing to upgrade to supreme, there are no penalties apart from the lost cost.
Upgrading Shields
- the bonus number on the shield wont change
- the stat that increases depends on the shield. Same as other upgrades, whatever the primary stat is increases. If it's cap, cap increases, but it could be delay or recharge too.
- Armor Plates aren't changing
Limitations
- You can upgrade a gray lock encrypted legendary. You can't upgrade anything with a red lock
- Can still only increase a weapon one rarity tier total, though.
Only natural Legendaries, not ones upgraded from Epic will be able to be upgraded to Supreme. We are hoping sometime in the future to allow this but at the moment we don't want to flood the economy with supremes, slowly introduce them, especially pvp balance.
Reroll Bonus
Cost changed based on the tier of bonus to re-roll.
- Common 5
- Uncommon 10
- Rare 20
- Epic 50
- Legendary 125
- Supreme 250
Notes
- Once a bonus is re-rolled it is locked to that tier, and that tier cannot be rolled again.
- You will be able to duplicate bonuses on pre-patch weapons.
- Old weapons will roll old bonuses, new weapons will roll new bonuses.
- If there are no bonuses available in a tier to be re-rolled, the tier will not be displayed.
- Arkbreak weapons, DLC 2, will not be upgradeable, or rarity re-rollable. It is being worked on.
Other
- Rashere is working on adding supreme shields as drops in expeditions as well as weapons
- Charge Blades Supreme, cannot currently be upgradable, working on it, once they will be, they should be upgradable to supreme.
- Re-rolling nanos, we have mod converters
- Re-rolling synergies, we want them to be different and not have you pick and choose, so we wont be aiming for that.
- Buff to enemies in patch, we want to give you enemies to fight with increased damage, we are hoping when more content comes out later this year, something to actively play. We'll make sure that it is scaling to the point where we want it to be difficult for you.
- After this patch an official post will go up to collect bugs. October / November patch should have a lot of bug fixes.
- Would be cool to add new damage types if we get time.
