Regarding the Elite lockbox legendary stuff

The people at trionworlds need to add a legendary items vendor to the game. I have never been able no matter how many elite and premium elite lockboxes that I buy I can't get these legendary items. This would make things eaiser for ark hunters like me who want to get these legendary weapons after they are discontinued from the game. Like how the current omec shield jackpot is going to be removed on October 13, 2015.
