EXCHANGE

• The ability to list items on The Exchange has been turned back on for NA PC and NA PS3. Additional environments will follow shortly!
• Exchange listings will no longer get stuck in a permanent pending state.
• Fixed an issue that was causing items to potentially no longer be listed in the Exchange.
• Eliminated the pending wait time for all Exchange operations.
• The Exchange no longer becomes unavailable when moving to or from an instance.
