Incoming changes:
-FRC Bolt Action Repeater has been switched out for the VBI Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle.
--Mass Driver has been changed accordingly and it's epic roll has been changed to recoil.

As stated by a few people in this thread, the damage resistance bonuses provided by Failsafe and Charger shields are only active while your shield is in the middle of recharging. It is not -X%...

Backpack synergies are different, because they do not apply an effect on weapon swapping because the effect is ALWAYS on your character. Mod synergies cannot work this way. We feel as though changing...

We have indeed identified a bug related to increased shield capacity on a synergy allowing players to start the recharge on their shields by simply swapping weapons. We will be resolving...
