This weapon is definitely something to add to your arsenal. Note that is says 'Flash' there are a few Votan Assault Rifles but the Votan Flash is a beautiful weapon in terms of Bloom. The rounds spread decent enough to combine high impact with run n gun mobility. 

I use this for Hellbugs primarily because it packs a punch on the big guys and collateral damage on the little ones. Which means my aim does not have to be perfect. The high fire rate is a must and has pulled my through some tough spin and kill moves.

You simply cant miss long or short range.
