Go there, get the codes, and decrypt the recorder. We might actually get to the bottom of this Tranquility thing, man!

They did do a buff for the Thunder at the same time the SAW caught the nerf. Thunder went from 75 Mag and 10 Fire Rate to a 120 Mag and 14 Fire Rate. Disruptor also got its delay between bursts...Etaew: Disruptor - Where To Find?
